We'll help you acquire the skills to put on a dinner-party with the best of them. Your dinner party menu will never be the same again.

A four day residential cookery course will give us the time to explore most aspects of entertaining at home, from dinner party recipes to canapés to table settings. And of course, every evening we will put it all into practice.

Numbers are restricted to six – so you can be sure of getting attention, and of cooking!

Four day cooking course: £500 per student inclusive of four lunches and three evening meals.
We can arrange accommodation at selected B&Bs in the local area.
