Kitchen Confidence four day cookery courses are designed to provide a grounding in the basics of kitchen craft to people who have little or no previous experience in the kitchen. Courses are carried out in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere over four days, and are tailored to meet the requirements of those attending.

Cooking course groups are restricted to six people.

Students arrive on a Sunday evening to meet each other for drinks and leave after lunch on the following Thursday. Lessons take place in the well-equipped cooking school kitchen of Hill Farm, a delightful period house set in its own grounds in the heart of rural Suffolk, near the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds.
