impression on both your guests and your employers – we’ll even show you how to tackle the dreaded Christmas dinner!

Then, when we’re tucking in to your successful menu, we can pass on “the knowledge” or just talk skiing!

Cooking courses are restricted to four students. The content of the course will be specifically tailored to training chalet staff in catering skills.
