Ski chalet cooking - with Kitchen Confidence



	Four day cooking course: £500 per student inclusive of four lunches and three evening meals. We can arrange accommodation at selected B&Bs in the local area. Are you a seasoned saisonnier seeking to expand your repertoire or a newie desperately trying to impress? Whichever, Kitchen Confidence has a specialist cookery course for you. The proprietors of Kitchen Confidence have been skiing and renting out in the French Alps for years now, and we have picked up many tips and much inside information along the way. We can teach you how to make a good impression on both your guests and your employers – we’ll even show you how to tackle the dreaded Christmas dinner! Then, when we’re tucking in to your successful menu, we can pass on “the knowledge” or just talk skiing! Cooking courses are restricted to four students. The content of the course will be specifically tailored to training chalet staff in catering skills. Learn to cook ski chalet and enjoy the experience at home too. One day ski cookery classes also available.
